- Schedule a private tour of the facility (you'll receive a enrollment packet at the tour)
- Turn in - New child Enrollment Packet with non-refundable registration fee
- Pay non-refundable deposit of weekly rate child's 1st week tuition
- Turn in - health apprisal call your child's family doctor and request a copy of their last well child exam and immunization record to be faxed 269-282-0338.
- complete an online Gsrp application for FREE PRESCHOOL FOR ALL
- Email [email protected] a picture of
- Child's Birth Certificate
- PROOF OF RESIDENCY (GAS, ELECTRIC, WATER BILL, RENT/LEASE AGREEMENT)
- Income verification for the household
- w-2, and/or
- Child support received or paid
- 30 days checkstub, and/or
- first page of 1040, and/or
- student loan payments
